Terms, Conditions and Shipping Information

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER

A delivery (complete or partial) by ETwater shall constitute customer's acceptance of this order in accordance with all terms, conditions, and provisions thereof.

TERMS OF SALE

  • Payment is due net 20 days from the date of the invoice - past due thereafter.
  • All payments should be submitted to the ETwater company address below.
  • A service charge of $50.00 per check will be imposed for each check returned unpaid.
  • California sales tax will be charged for all product sales to California customers unless either (1) a completed Resale Certificate is on file with ETwater or (2) the customer is a distributor.

LATE CHARGE

A service charge of the lesser of 1.5% per month (18% annual) or the maximum amount permitted by law will be applied to all past due amounts.

SHIPPING QUANTITY

Shipping quantity of one unit. Master carton quantity of 3 units.

FREIGHT TERMS

All orders will ship F.O.B. shipping location by carrier of ETwater's choice.

SHIPPING DESTINATION

Shipments will only be made to customer's authorized place of business.

RETURN GOODS (DEFECTIVE)

Returned goods must have prior approval and must be accompanied by a completed Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Return to ETwater address indicated below.

DELIVERY

Delivery estimates are made in good faith and are subject to delay due to failure of our suppliers to deliver, fires, strikes, or other causes beyond our control.

CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGE

All claims for shortage must be submitted in writing to ETwater within 15 days of receipt of goods.

OTHER CONDITIONS OF SALE

The laws of the State of California apply to all ETwater contracts and commercial dealings.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

EXISTING ACCOUNTS

Customer will notify ETwater in writing of any change of billing address, phone number, contact information, or any other information included on the credit application.
