C.I.A. SERVICES INC. REPORTS ET WATER DELIVERS $20,000 SAVINGS at HOUSTON, TEXAS SITE

Corte Madera, CA, (January, 2008) — ET Water Systems, LLC announced that C.I.A. Services, Inc., a community property manager in Texas, released a report on water and labor savings produced by ET Water Smart Controllers™ at the Clear Lake City Boulevard Association in Houston, Texas. In 2005, the Association used 32 million gallons of water on the 3.5 mile boulevard esplanade, costing $43,000. Installation of 13 ET Water Smart Controllers with 100 stations was completed in October 2006. Based on water use in 2007 versus prior years, C.I.A. recovered the cost of the new controllers in less than one year and expects to spend less than $20,000 on water per year, a savings of more than $20,000 annually. C.I.A. says "Clear Lake City Boulevard was ideal for using these controllers but most communities would have similar savings and returns". C.I.A. is suggesting to its other HOA clients that they consider ET Water controllers for their communities. For the full article from the C.I.A. Newsletter click here.
